Order Period

All Roses, bagged and potted, can be ordered year round and stock will be reserved for you.

Bare Root Roses will be sent in special unique packaging and will have 2 dispatches in winter only, starting in June 2016.

Potted stock will be sent in outstanding display pots and will have numerous dispatches throughout the year, the first being in October 2015. Thereafter, Knight’s Roses will advise the next dispatch days via the website.

Shipping your order
  • Roses are either packed as “bare rooted” stock, ready for immediate planting.
    Instructions on planting and care are included on the label.
  • Potted stock can be planted anytime, and planting instructions are also included.
  • Orders will be dispatched in groups (potted separate to bagged) on designated “dispatch weeks” via Australia Post who quote three (3) days for delivery.
How long will it take?

Quarantine inspection charges and delays are not applicable for Bagged roses as all roses are shipped from South Australia, which has no relevant restrictions. Potted Roses are only available for the states listed above due to quarantine restraints. All orders are despatched from Knight’s Roses in Gawler, South Australia. Despatch will only commence on the scheduled despatch dates, regardless of when you order.
 
In most cases your rose will take 2 to 4 days from the despatch date to reach you.
Should there be a delay, please check the website, as if we have unexpectedly large numbers of orders we may need to reschedule and will advise everyone via our website - peterbrockfoundationrose.com.au and knightsroses.com.au
If the offer is over subscribed delivery of later orders will be in the following season, commencing May 2016

Your guarantee
  • If the plant has died, Knight’s Roses may require you to return the plant with a matchbox sized soil sample from the planting position at your expense (Freight or mailing charges for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser).
  • If your plant arrives with any problems or fails to arrive as ordered, a second delivery will be made or cost of the rose refunded (at Knight’s discretion).
  • Replacement roses, depending on availability, may be delivered in that year or the next, or a replacement product offered.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 30th October of the year of purchase.
  • Email  and we will arrange a replacement plant.
